Project Manager - Project Portfolio Management Office (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Supporting of interdisciplinary projects in an international context
• Support management in decision making and projects portfolio reporting and transparency
• Supporting based of the Business Support & Development department in regards to projects and portfolio management
• Coordination and alignment with the PPMO team on specific tasks
• Integration and management of internal/external service providers
• Support and consultation of the departments as well as the country organizations in terms of specific ALDI Nord project and portfolio requirements
• Continuous improvements of processes and project/portfolio management standards
• Team and cross departments collaboration

Your profile

• Degree in Business Management or equivalent qualifications preferred
• Experience in project and portfolio management
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project), project management tools like Jira/Confluence and knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
• Willingness to travel
• Analytical skills, quick comprehension of new topics and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness through all hierarchy levels
• Fluent in English written and oral, further language skills advantageous
