Your tasks
- Requirements Gathering: Define and document business requirements for new procurement solutions in the private Label development Team (PLD). Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital solutions related to label artwork creation with ESKO Webcenter and Product Lifecycle Management Tools.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize procurement processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement, supporting the product teams. Implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times. Support the product team to plan, execute, monitor and optimize various processes to ensure efficient and effective product development (f.e. in Project Management, Quality Assurance and Testing, Requirements Engineering, Customer and Stakeholder Engagement, Continuous Improvement Culture ).
- Strategic Planning: Contribute on a strategic vision for the Procurement Solutions team within the Assortment to Market process, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
- Solution Implementation: Contribute to the implementation of digital solutions, coordinating with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth integration into existing systems and processes according the target architecture.
- User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the effective utilization of procurement solutions. Create user manuals and conduct workshops as needed
- Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving any technical or operational issues related to procurement solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documen
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in procurement or a similar role.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in project management and collaboration tools
- Familiarity with procurement software and digital solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment.
