Your tasks
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the international rollout, operations and development of digital solutions at ALDI Nord. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align product development plans accordingly.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment & operations. Work closely with development teams to define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business goals. You are accountable for overseeing the budget and timeline aspects of the agile development of your solutions. The agile ways of working in the product are continuously reviewed and further refined.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate relevant advancements into the product roadmap
- Develop and execute a comprehensive international rollout plan for your solutions at ALDI Nord. Coordinate with regional teams and ensure seamless integration of tools into existing processes across various locations.
- Act as the bridge between QA business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements in OKRs and the quarterly solution line planning. Collaborate with the international QA & IP department to incorporate their needs into the product roadmap. (f.e. Communities)
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A creative and analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems through innovative digital solutions
- Ideally knowledge of agile project management and agile development
