Your tasks
- Define and document business requirements for new procurement solutions in your product team. Ensure alignment with business objectives from brand management and compliance with regulatory standards
- Continuously assess and optimize procurement processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement, supporting the product teams. Implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times. Support the product team to plan, execute, monitor and optimize various processes to ensure efficient and effective product development (f.e. Quality Assurance and Testing, Requirements Engineering, Customer and Stakeholder Engagement, Continuous Improvement Culture)
- Support the product teams in creating rollout plans for the international deployment of digital solutions. Address localization requirements and ensure the scalability and adaptability of the solutions across different markets. Collaborate with regional teams to gather specific needs and address any cultural or operational nuances during the rollout
- Contribute to the implementation and configuration of digital solutions for e.g. Artwork Management as ESKO Webcenter and Product Development Tools, ensuring they align with industry best practices and security standards
- Data Management: Manage procurement data to support the procurement management processes. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for all stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of procurement solution configurations, workflows, and best practices. Keep records up to date for reference and auditing purposes
Your profile
- Professional experience in the IT or procurement environment
- Experience in procurement or a similar role
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with procurement software and digital solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment
