Your tasks
- Contribute to writing the business plan to deliver growth targets in countries, with other departments
- Benchmarking existing retail performance and competitor performance
- Strengthen and expand the (RE) network by development and execution of new growth strategies
- Generating and maintaining working relationships with property owners, developers, investor and Real Estate brokers
- Preparation and visits to trade fairs and meetings
- Participation in internal/external meetings to ensure fluidity of communication and timely update of information
- Support the legal and organizational challenges of opening a new country
- Market analyses, country prioritization, business case planning and roll-out till country launch
- Setting up of project teams, plans, governance and project budgets with a clear set of steering KPIs
- Ensuring all activities are delivered in time and scope and all milestones are met
Your profile
- Degree Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent qualifications preferred
- Professional experience (5-8 years) from previous project management/process or international expansion roles
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills as well as enthusiasm to deep dive in various, international topics
- Experience working for a food retailer and familiarity with agile organizations - advantage
- Ideally experienced in retail operations
- Fluent in English written and oral, further language skills advantageous
- Willingness to travel
