Your tasks
- Driving the retirement of old legacy system by managing the transfer of relevant promotion processes into new system landscape together with respective product owners
- Functional design and documentation of promotion management processes in S/4 Hana within an agile and international project team
- Analysis and evaluation of business requirements according to promotion management processes
- Managing relevant stakeholders as part of an huge digitization project for the introduction of SAP S/4 Hana
- Supporting the coordination and control of cross-project and cross-system E2E tests (SIT & UAT)
- Support during the go-live and taking over tasks in the context of defect handling during the Hypercare phase
- Support in the development of migration concepts for the system transformation
- Execution of integration and functional tests
- Aligning and supporting the product owners in getting approval for (potential) future source system(s) by architecture board
- Tracking progress of interface realization and reporting the progress to the project manager(s) and program management
- Collaborating with enterprise/domain architects
Your profile
- Experience in IT projects as specialist or manager with min. 2-3 year experience (organization, process, solutions)
- Basic knowledge in SAP and SAP relevant solutions, Good product master data knowledge
- Personal responsibility, ability to find solutions, analytical way of thinking
- Strong personality with a solution seeking behavior
- Independent way of working, self driven
- Willing to collaborate on international level
- Very good retail and promotion background
- Required language skills: minimum English: B2
