Your tasks
- Strategic lead of all digital performance marketing channels (display, social, SEA, affiliate, retargeting, Google Shopping, etc. .), and exploring further potentials to reach out new/existing target audiences
- Plan, implement, execute and analyze performance campaigns using common metrics to drive sales
- Compilation of campaign reports on impact and alignment with commercial KPIs
- Establishment of international performance marketing across all countries at ALDI Nord
- Initiate and Manage collaboration with agencies and budgeting across service suppliers and channels
- Collaboration with national and international marketing teams and other internal stakeholders
- Ongoing market screening for new solutions in order to stay one step ahead in performance marketing
Your profile
- Several years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, preferably for E-Commerce business
- Hands-on experiences in the implementation of performance marketing campaigns
- Relevant track record with national or international campaigns
- Experience in using common campaign management and reporting tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Adobe Analytics, Power BI
- Experience in dealing with and optimizing attribution models
- Analytical thinking, strong ability to manage numbers, confident handling of large amounts of data and a structured, quality-oriented approach to work
- Ideally, initial experience in managing internationally operating agencies such as media or marketing agencies
- High business agility and an understanding of European consumers
- Completed degree in business management or comparable education
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
