- You are responsible for the establishment, management and operational control of the customer service for our e-commerce channel.
- Plan, execute and control operational measures to optimize relevant KPIs to improve the experience day by day.
- In close cooperation with our CX experts, you improve the customer experience within the customer dialogue for alle e-commerce topics internationally.
- You are the main contact person for all customer service topics for the international online stores
- Operational management of the service providers, establishment of automations and development of self-service solutions for our customers
- Development of the classic customer service into a customer-centric channel and profit center
- You establish data-driven decision processes, act highly customer-centric and derive recommendations
- You initiate customer surveys to get customer opinions regarding the ALDI Nord offer and contact.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in e-commerce or omnichannel retail
- You're on fire for customer satisfaction, love numbers-based work, and always put the customer first
- Relevant track record in customer service units with excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques
- Relevant project management experience and basic understanding of CRM
- A high degree of flexibility, a positive mindset and enjoy working in direct contact with customers
- You have the ability to grasp, evaluate and solve complex situations and always with an operational solution orientation
- A degree in psychology, marketing, communication, or business administration
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
