Your tasks
- Leads and coaches the teams in agile working adoption and ensures that team understands agile methods, principles, and values
- Assesses the agile maturity of the team and coaches the team to higher levels of maturity, at a sustainable pace
- Collaborates with Product Managers to ensure that business & user needs are understood and effectively described and prioritized
- Guides the team to remove impediments by removing the blockers and enhancing output
- Ensuring that agile ceremonies (such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, etc.) take place and facilitating when necessary
Your profile
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
- Knowledge and experience in coaching scaled agile teams
- 2+ years of experience in supporting agile teams
- Certification (desired, but not a must): Scrum (Professional Scrum Master I or equivalent), Kanban (Professional Scrum with Kanban I, Team Kanban Practicioner or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills, empathy and assertiveness
- Business fluent English skills
- Experience working with Jira and Azure DevOps would be an advantage
